1 cup chocolate ice cream, softened
1 teaspoon espresso powder
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

Directions:

1. Remove the chocolate and vanilla ice cream from the refrigerator and let it soften. Time to soften varies based on the size of the container, but it should take about 15-20 minutes.

2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

3. Prep a loaf pan with baking spray, oil, or parchment paper.

4. Take two separate bowls and scoop one cup or vanilla ice cream in one, and one cup of chocolate in the other.

6. Then add ¾ cup of the flour and ¾ teaspoon of the baking soda to the mixture and fold together until a thick batter is formed.

7. In the other bowl filled with the chocolate ice cream, add the espresso powder and mix together.

8. Use the rest of the ¾ cup of flour and ¾ teaspoon of baking soda and add to the chocolate mixture.

9. Mix together until combined.

10. In the prepared loaf pan, alternate adding scoops of the vanilla batter and scoop of the chocolate.

13. Once removed from the oven, let cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan.

4. Slice and enjoy!
